Geoverbund ABC/J Research Award for Early Career Researcher
In 2023, the Geoverbund ABC/J Research Award for Early Career Researchers again honoured outstanding doctoral and research work carried out at the member institutes of the Geoverbund ABC/J.
Congratulations to this year's winners:
Dr Sarah Klosterkamp from the Department of Geography was awarded 1st prize for her research paper "Affectual intensities: towards a politics of listening in court ethnography".
The 2nd prize was awarded to Dr. Yueling Ma from IBG-3: Agrosphere, Research Centre Jülich for her dissertation "Machine learning for monitoring groundwater resources over Europe".
Dr. Sabine Robrecht from IEK-7: Stratosphere, Research Centre Jülich received the 3rd prize for her research paper "Potential depletion of ozone in the mid-latitude lowermost stratosphere in summer under geoengineering condition".
